The DEPA apartments are in a recently renovated building, situated in a good position. It is in a quiet area not far from the beach and just few minutes walk from the town centre.              The building is composed of 11 different types of flats: One-room; two-roomed; three-rommed flats.

They are all brightly furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, TV, air-conditioning, terrace, independent heating, private beach, laundry and small garden. The owners, Mrs. Paola and Mr. Denis, have always taken care of the little things in order to create a compfortable atmosphere especially for families. Besides, the rates are managed by the owners directly without any agency.

Not far from the DEPA Flats you can find: free car park, funfair, aquapark and the weekly market. There are also lots of sport facilities as for example: horse riding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, golf, diving and more. However, if you would like to relax youself, let's try the pleasant daily cruises towards the nearby splendid lagoon or Venice.
